POSITION SUMMARY

The Accounts Receivable/Deduction Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving chargebacks and deductions from major retail accounts across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on validating claims, recovering revenue, and ensuring compliance with vendor and customer agreements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Chargeback & Deduction Management

• Review, analyze, and process chargebacks and deductions from major retail accounts

• Validate claims related to short shipments, pricing discrepancies, returns, and allowances

• Investigate discrepancies using invoices, purchase orders, shipping records, and agreements

• Determine validity of deductions and identify root causes

Recovery & Dispute Resolution

• Challenge invalid deductions and work directly with customers to negotiate resolutions

• Recover revenue through effective dispute management

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve issues

Contract & Compliance Review

• Review vendor and customer agreements to understand chargeback policies and terms

• Ensure internal processes align with contractual obligations

• Identify risks or gaps in agreements that could lead to financial exposure

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Monitor trends and recurring issues across accounts

• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce future deductions

• Track and report on deduction volumes, recovery rates, and account performance

• Support month-end reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist the Credit Manager with account openings and related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in chargebacks, deductions, or accounts receivable (preferably in a distribution environment)

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

• Ability to review and interpret vendor/customer agreements

POSITION SUMMARY

The Value Added Services (VAS) Associate is responsible for executing value-added processes on apparel, footwear, and sports equipment (golf and tennis). This role ensures products are prepared to meet customer and retail requirements while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Perform VAS tasks such as folding, labeling (ticketing), tagging, and packaging of merchandise in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the VAS team to complete daily production targets accurately and efficiently.
• Support general warehouse operations, including housekeeping duties such as cardboard disposal, recycling, and maintaining clean work areas.

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and operational support to both customers and internal sales teams. Acting as a primary point of contact for the Converse account, this role ensures seamless order execution, resolves customer inquiries efficiently, and supports sales operations across Canada.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the Sales Support Coordinator for the Converse account, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a B2B eCommerce Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our B2B eCommerce platforms and programs. This role plays an important part in ensuring our customers have a smooth and reliable buying experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining the NuOrder portals, coordinating tournaments, gifting microsites built in Shopify, and supporting order management and reporting across systems. This includes ensuring product information, images, assortments, and platform content are accurate and up to date.

You will also act as a key point of coordination between wholesale accounts, sales reps, and internal teams, helping ensure the B2B platforms run smoothly and customers have the support they need.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You take pride in keeping systems accurate and running smoothly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage B2B eCommerce Platforms

• Maintain accurate product data, images and assortments within NuOrder
• Ensure B2B platform content such as homepages and collections are up to date
• Monitor platforms for issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams
• Support new platform features, updates and improvements as they are introduced

Support B2B Customers and Platform Users
