POSITION SUMMARY 

As an EDI Key Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and exceptional experience to our key customers and sales partners. You bring a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset to ensure operational excellence across order management, EDI processes, and account support. 

This role is essential in strengthening relationships with major accounts while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the order-to-delivery lifecycle. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Manage and follow up on bulk orders for major accounts, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and shipment details 

• Act as a liaison between sales, product, and operations teams to confirm order accuracy and timely delivery 

• Review and validate incoming customer orders, reconciling them against bulk orders and EDI transmissions 

• Process EDI and non-EDI orders, identify discrepancies, and resolve variances in a timely manner 

• Develop expertise in the TrueCommerce EDI platform to support efficient order processing and troubleshooting 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers across multiple departments and product categories 

• Collaborate with the Distribution Centre (DC) team to resolve shipment-related issues 

• Create and maintain EDI customer mappings (SKU synchronization) to ensure accurate data flow 

• Generate and distribute reports for PLMs, sales teams, and key account buyers based on EDI forecasts (weekly) 

• Communicate proactively with sales representatives and buyers regarding purchase order discrepancies, availability issues, or changes 

• Partner with the IT team to resolve system issues and support ongoing process improvements 

• Inform business partners of potential risks such as delays, pricing discrepancies, or inventory shortages 

• Manage key account compliance requirements, including adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and vendor guidelines 

• Ensure all processes align with customer compliance standards to avoid penalties or chargebacks 

• Investigate and resolve chargebacks, initiating internal reviews as needed 

• Work closely with Value-Added Services (VAS) teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date ticketing and order preparation 

• Submit Advance Shipment Notices (ASN) and monitor transportation booking processes 

• Collaborate with PLMs on price list creation and system uploads 

• Issue pick tickets and labels to the warehouse to support order fulfillment 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in order management and data handling 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners 

• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution 

• Experience with EDI systems (e.g.,TrueCommerce, SPS, Orderful) is a strong asset

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre. This position is responsible for receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently while helping maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments in accordance with company procedures

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Perform value-added services (vas), including but not limited to labeling, repackaging, light assembly, and custom order preparation as required

• Process returned goods, including inspection, documentation, and restocking or routing of items in accordance with company guidelines

POSITION SUMMARY: 

We’re looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role will play an active role in month-end financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and other key finance initiatives. The Financial Analyst will work closely with and provide support to the Assistant Controller, Controller, and CFO while gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting and finance activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, is meticulous, and has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing their financial and business acumen while contributing to the continued improvement of the Finance function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Participate in the month-end close and financial reporting process, including the preparation and analysis of financial reports and supporting schedules.

• Perform monthly variance analysis and investigate significant fluctuations against budget, forecast, and prior periods.

• Prepare recurring financial and management reports to support business performance reviews and decision-making.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by the CFO, Controller, and Assistant Controller.

• Assist in analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

POSITION SUMMARY

If you live for sports, culture and style, this role puts you right at the center of it.

We are seeking an eCommerce Merchant to lead the Canadian direct-to-consumer (DTC) assortment and merchandising for ‘47.

You'll own what to sell, when it launches, and how it's presented, making assortment and buy calls within your own open-to-buy, set by leadership and aligned with the brand's Product Line Manager and wholesale team.

Success in this role requires someone who understands how sports moments, team performance and fan passion translate into product demand.

It also means keeping a genuine pulse on where sports, style and culture are heading next, not just what's trending in-season, but what's coming around the corner, so the assortment feels ahead of the market instead of chasing it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assortment Strategy & Merchandising

• Own the DTC assortment for ‘47 in Canada. Using market trends, site performance and wholesale/buying insight to shape what sells online, including team/league-level product and “hot market” opportunities tied to sports moments.

• Coordinate with the buying/wholesale team to align DTC assortment decisions with the overall line plan, pricing and inventory availability.

• Build the merchandising plan for each drop, deciding how products are grouped, featured and presented (collections, categories, navigation, PDP hierarchy).

• Build onsite merchandising opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell placements (related products, bundles, PDP and cart recommendations).

Assortment Planning, Forecasting & Inventory Management

• Make buy and assortment decisions within the open-to-buy parameters set by the leadership.

• Maintain a SKU-level forecast as an output of the assortment and launch plan, in coordination with the buying/wholesale team.

• Monitor sell-through, inventory position and site performance, and adjust the assortment, buy and launch timing accordingly within OTB.

• Set up and maintain products in Shopify, and keep product data, pricing, availability and categorization accurate and current across the site.

Launch Execution & Promotional Planning

• Partner with the Director, Ecommerce to set the release, content and promotional calendar for ’47. Categorizing product drops as key stories (major moments), seasonal collections or everyday/always-on assortment and setting the timing for each.

• Determine on-site promotional placement for the category and sign off on promotional content and messaging accuracy.

• Partner with the Planning & Launch Coordinator to ensure every launch has the assets, timelines and cross-functional inputs it needs.

• Work with Retention and Paid Media to align merchandising moments with email/SMS campaigns and ad flighting.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, buying or assortment planning, ideally in apparel, headwear, or licensed sports/lifestyle product.

• Experience managing a SKU-level forecast and/or an open-to-buy budget.

• Comfortable owning both commercial (assortment/buy within OTB) and operational (site merchandising, promotional sign-off) decisions for a brand.

• Experience with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform, including setting up and publishing products; comfort with product data and PIM tools (e.g., Airtable) is an asset.

• Strong analytical skills; able to read sell-through and inventory data and act on it.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage a launch calendar with multiple moving parts.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• A genuine interest in sports lifestyle and culture, not just team fandom; comfortable spotting and acting on emerging style and cultural trends.

POSITION SUMMARY

If you live for sports, culture and style, this role puts you right at the center of it. This is a rare kind of ownership: we are seeking an eCommerce Merchant to lead the Canadian direct-to-consumer (DTC) assortment and merchandising for New Era. You'll own what to sell, when it launches, and how it's presented, making assortment and buy calls within your own open-to-buy (OTB), set by leadership and aligned with the brand's Product Line Manager and wholesale team.

Success in this role requires someone who understands how sports moments, team performance and fan passion translate into product demand.

It also means keeping a genuine pulse on where sports, style and culture are heading next, not just what's trending in-season, but what's coming around the corner, so the assortment feels ahead of the market instead of chasing it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assortment Strategy & Merchandising

• Own the DTC assortment for New Era in Canada. Using market trends, site performance and wholesale/buying insight to shape what sells online, including team/league-level product and “hot market” opportunities tied to sports moments.

• Coordinate with the buying/wholesale team to align DTC assortment decisions with the overall line plan, pricing and inventory availability.

• Build the merchandising plan for each drop, deciding how products are grouped, featured and presented (collections, categories, navigation, PDP hierarchy).

• Build onsite merchandising opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell placements (related products, bundles, PDP and cart recommendations).

Assortment Planning, Forecasting & Inventory Management

• Make buy and assortment decisions within the open-to-buy parameters set by the leadership.

• Maintain a SKU-level forecast as an output of the assortment and launch plan, in coordination with the buying/wholesale team.

• Monitor sell-through, inventory position and site performance, and adjust the assortment, buy and launch timing accordingly within OTB.

• Set up and maintain products in Shopify, and keep product data, pricing, availability and categorization accurate and current across the site.

Launch Execution & Promotional Planning

• Partner with the Director, Ecommerce to set the release, content and promotional calendar for New Era. Categorizing product drops as key stories (major moments), seasonal collections or everyday/always-on assortment and setting the timing for each.

• Determine on-site promotional placement for the category and sign off on promotional content and messaging accuracy.

• Partner with the Planning & Launch Coordinator to ensure every launch has the assets, timelines and cross-functional inputs it needs.

• Work with Retention and Paid Media to align merchandising moments with email/SMS campaigns and ad flighting.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, buying or assortment planning, ideally in apparel, headwear, or licensed sports/lifestyle product.

• Experience managing a SKU-level forecast and/or an open-to-buy budget.

• Comfortable owning both commercial (assortment/buy within OTB) and operational (site merchandising, promotional sign-off) decisions for a brand.

• Experience with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform, including setting up and publishing products; comfort with product data and PIM tools (e.g., Airtable) is an asset.

• Strong analytical skills; able to read sell-through and inventory data and act on it.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage a launch calendar with multiple moving parts.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, The Human Resources Generalist supports the full employee lifecycle for our distribution centre operations, with a strong focus on health & safety compliance and day-to-day HR support for distribution centre staff. Based mainly on-site at our Dorval and Pointe-Claire warehouses, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on distribution environment and wants ownership over both people programs and workplace safety.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Employee HR Support

• Serve as the key point of contact for all DC employees regarding payroll, benefits, leave requests, employment questions, and concerns.

• Partner with the HR Generalist to report changes related to payroll or employee status.

• Lead engagement initiatives for DC employees, including recognition, events, and satisfaction programs.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment efforts for Distribution Centre positions.

• Coordinate job posting, candidate screening, interviews, hiring processes, and pre-employment requirements.

• Partner with DC Managers to evaluate, develop and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure employees are equipped for success from day one.

• Maintain diligent employee files and onboarding documentation.

Health & Safety

• Lead Health & Safety compliance administration for all DC locations in Quebec (Dorval and Pointe-Claire).

• Lead and facilitate Health & Safety Committee meetings and ensure documentation and follow-up actions are taken.

• Support compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and company policies.

• Participate in workplace inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action planning.

Training & Development

• Coordinate employee training programs, certifications, and compliance-related training.

Disability & CNESST Administration

• Lead workers’ compensation file management for any DC cases in Quebec (CNESST).

Performance & Documentation

• Act as a resource for employees who need support at times. Communicate benefits options as well as resources to support employees through life events that affect their work.

• Prepare termination documentation and partner with HR Director to ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
